What is Assign Your Task?

Assign Your Task, Inc. provide real people to support your business, but because they are not physically located in your office we refer to them as so-called virtual assistants. We have a team of professionals chosen for their expertise in administrative services, customer support, website development and internet marketing.

Where is the company and operations located?

Assign Your Task, Inc. is virtual assistant company with management in the United States and is subsidialry owned by Hire My Assistants KPO LLP in Mumbai, India.

How did the company come about?

The President has had many years of experience of working with virtual assistants to help him build several businesses. The advantages were obvious: high quality degree educated professionals in any aspect of business were available at a fraction of the cost. Therefore, the opportunity to leverage this professional support enabled him to build several companies in to hugely successful operations. The contacts he made were then assembled in to a core team and the company was formed here in Virginia, United States.

What kind of tasks can I delegate to the virtual assistant?

Tasks which do not require physical attendance that can be performed using a computer and/or telephone.

Can I interview my virtual assistant first?

Yes, during your initial inquiry, we will discuss the tasks you require support with and will then arrange for an Interview with your prospective virtual assistant. If you are not happy with the person you initially interview, we can then introduce you to further prospective virtual assistants for interview.

How do I sign up?

Fill in the contact form to discuss the scope of your tasks. We will discuss your requirements and help you select a plan. You may start with a smaller pricing plan to explore our services and then gradually change your plan to suit. You can make payments via PayPal.

Do I have to commit for a certain period?

No, at Assign Your Task, Inc. we do not ask for any commitment. If you like our services and quality, then you will re-book our services.

How is my data secured?

We adhere to the Data Protection Act requirements. We have advanced internet firewalls, antivirus software, restricted internet access and usage policies. No mobile phones or writing material are allowed on the operations floor and there is 24/7 manned security with IP cameras. We thoroughly vet all our virtual assistants.

Do you have a Non-Disclosure Agreement we can sign?

Yes, this is standard procedure and is incorporated in our Client Terms of Business for your peace of mind.

How many VA's can I hire in a single plan?

You can hire 2 VA’s in the 80 hour and 160 hour plans. You can form a team and delegate diverse tasks accordingly. The 40 hour plan can be altered as per management’s discretion siting operational constraints.

How do I connect with my Virtual Assistant after Sign up?

Once you complete the sign up process, you will receive confirmation of your account set up via email with all relevant details on the same day. Your Virtual assistant shall be allocated (if not selected during initial discussions or via a prior interview) the next working day. You can use a dedicated telephone number, chat on Skype, and send emails to communicate with your virtual assistant.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade the plan at any time by just paying the difference. No extra charges are applicable.

What is the validity period on all plans?

All plans are valid for 30 days.

What if I don't use all my hours in the plan within 30 days?

On the 80 and 160 hour Plans, it is possible to roll over any unused hours for a maximum further period of 2 weeks if requested.

Do I get to work with the same virtual assistant?

Yes, you get your own dedicated virtual assistant. We always want our clients to build a strong rapport with their virtual assistant.

Can I get professional degree holder virtual assistants such as MBA holders and Engineers?

Yes, we do have virtual assistants with an MBA as well as professional engineers and medical professionals on demand.

Can I get a fixed time slot in the day/night?

Yes, you can. We have a 24/7 functional operations floor.

Is there a joining fee?

No

What happens if I am not comfortable working with my virtual assistant?

If you are not comfortable or your virtual assistant is not performing as per your expectations, either contact your account manager or email us at info@assignyourtask.com and we shall get back to you in 1 business day with a view to replacing your Virtual assistant immediately.
